Welcome to 102 On Main. By accessing or using our website or booking accommodation with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
- Payment methods accepted: EFT & Direct Bank Transfer.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if made 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No pets allowed unless by prior arrangement.
- No parties, loud music, or events are allowed.
- Please respect our neighbors and local community.
Damages & Liability
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- 102 On Main is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Use of the property and its amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
Occupancy
- The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for communication and booking purposes. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
Right of Admission Reserved
- 102 On Main reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if guests do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or act in a manner that compromises the safety or comfort of others.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
